The Agent
The real estate professional is the
main source of information for home buyers or buyer agents when

advertisements so that ALL potential buyers may call us to
inquire about your home or land. We try to answer all
calls between 7:30am and 10pm central time. If we are
not able to answer immediately, we try to return calls

A TEAM of agents will be working to sell
your home, not just one. My wife, Raine, and I

to this is that there are two agents available to take

Newspaper ads combined with open houses can

listing. We know that open houses aren't desired by
all seller and will only do this at your request. One

online, we work with a large number of relocation
clients and relocation companies. The first listings
we will show to those clients will be yours.
Because our websites produce large numbers of
buyer clients, we have also worked with many builders
and have sold many of their homes to past clients. Because of this, we have the
knowledge to compare, advertise and sell the features of
your existing home against new construction homes.
Since we have such a good working relationship with the
builder reps, we occasionally get referral calls from them
when they do not have homes ready for that buyer who demands
to move immediately. Your listing will be

Our showing appointment desk hours are from
8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and from 8am to 6pm on
Sunday. This is longer than any other showing
